Operating in complex mining environments, these vehicles reduce fuel consumption by 50-70% and cut emissions by over 90% compared to conventional fuel-powered trucks. Taking a heavily loaded downhill mine with an annual output of 10 million cubic meters as an example, adopting new energy mining trucks can save approximately 150-200 million yuan in fuel costs over 10 years. With such energy-saving and emission-reduction advantages, previously loss-making mining transport projects can become both profitable and environmentally friendly.

The vehicle features multiple advanced technologies including a battery system capable of 12C charging/12C discharging, a full carbon. fiber body, and wireless charging, making it a future mainstay model for urban light rail.

香港政府規(guī)定必須使用鈦酸鋰電池,目前香港GMI公司僅選用日本東芝、中國(guó)國(guó)創(chuàng)成的鈦酸鋰電池進(jìn)入香港市場(chǎng)。

項(xiàng)目案例:香港電動(dòng)巴士進(jìn)站時(shí),站臺(tái)充電弓向下接觸巴士的充電端口快速充電,裝車60kWh鈦酸鋰電池,充電5分鐘保證行駛20KM以上。


The Hong Kong government mandates the exclusive use of lithium titanate batteries.

Currently, only Toshiba and GCC have been approved by Hong Kong's GMI Company to supply LTO batteries for the local market.

Project Case: At Hong Kong electric bus stops, a pantograph on the platform descends to connect with the bus's charging port for rapid charging. Equipped with a 60kWh lithium titanate battery, each 5-minute charge ensures a range of over 20 km.

國(guó)創(chuàng)成鈦酸鋰電池以優(yōu)異的安全性和穩(wěn)定性,在船舶動(dòng)力、深海科考電源方面進(jìn)行了工程化應(yīng)用。

浙江大學(xué)海洋學(xué)院在馬里亞納海溝(10931米)深淵科考中,使用國(guó)創(chuàng)成的鈦酸鋰電池,出色完成多級(jí)過濾裝置的電源保障任務(wù)。

瑞典Echandia公司于2020年開始測(cè)試國(guó)創(chuàng)成的電池,2023年6月完成定制模組開發(fā)并正式出口樣品到瑞典。


GCC's LTO batteries, recognized for their exceptional safety and stability, have been successfully deployed in marine propulsion and deep-sea scientific power systems.

During the Mariana Trench (10,931 meters) expedition, the School of Oceanography at Zhejiang University utilized GCC's LTO batteries to reliably power multi-stage filtration equipment throughout the deep-sea exploration.

Sweden's Echandia Company initiated testing of GCC's LTO batteries in 2020, and by June 2023 had completed customized module development, formally exporting samples to Sweden.

China is witnessing a frequent and recurring trend of electric bicycle fires, resulting in significant losses to public safety and property. In the first half of 2024 alone, 10,051 electric bicycle fire incidents were recorded, causing 35 fatalities, with such fires increasing at an average annual rate of 20% over the past three years. Ensuring the safety of electric bicycle batteries has become an urgent priority.

Food delivery riders and couriers, a group that heavily relies on electric bicycles, number 500,000 in Chengdu alone. Traditional lithium batteries suffer from short lifespan, safety concerns, and inconvenience. The LTO super-fast charging technology is poised to revolutionize the current battery-swapping model, enabling a genuine "5-minute charge for 50 li (25 km) of range." This breakthrough not only enhances safety but also delivers a better user experience and long-term low operating costs for customers.
